We collect information from you when you register on the Vanquis Community Site (“Site”) and gather data when you participate in the forum by reading, writing, and evaluating the content shared here.
When registering on our Site, you will be asked to set up an account and enter your name and e-mail address. Your e-mail address will be verified by an email containing a unique link. When that link is visited, we know that you control the e-mail address.
When registered and posting, we record the IP address that the post originated from. We also may retain server logs which include the IP address of every request to our server.
As the Site is primarily for a review of the Vanquis Bank App during a trial, Vanquis Bank Limited reserves the right to close the Site and/or delete your data at the end of the trial period.

We will retain your data for as long as your Vanquis Community Account is active. You can delete your Vanquis Community Account at any time through the Preferences section. On deletion of your Vanquis Community Account your posts will be anonymised and only visible to the Admins and Moderators.
You can download a full log of your posts from the Preferences section at any time your Vanquis Community Account is active.
